My abiding memory of trips to Israel is one of professionals (in special education) sharing their experiences and expertise, learning from each other, and as an outsider not knowing who was Jew and who was Arab - AND IT DIDN'T MATTER. The Big Men on all sides - and it's mostly men - who slaughter, or are complicit in the slaughter, of innocent people will surely face a time of reckoning, if only with their own consciences.
So much horror. So much idiotic and uninformed comments about why this group is deserving of sympathy for the lost innocent lives while the other isn't. Much love to you and everyone in your life who are personally affected.
